Different departments were created for different types of work, and work was divided in such a way that it helps in avoiding confusion and misunderstanding. During the summer season, relief labour moves back from cities to their native place/villages. Due to several reasons, provision of this should also be taken care of. Sometimes, as per the situation, managers must choose among various alternative courses of action. The managers are given the target of completing at least 10% of the work every month, and the actual work done will be compared with the target, and necessary action will be taken if deviations are found.
